How long does a coaching engagement usually last?

The duration of a coaching engagement varies based on individual needs and goals. On average, clients may engage in coaching for three to six months, with the option to extend based on progress and objectives.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

In a coaching session, we'll explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations. The focus is entirely on you, and together, we'll develop strategies and action plans to move you closer to your objectives. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and designed to empower you in your journey.

How does the coaching process work?

I offer virtual coaching sessions through various online platforms (e.g. Zoom or MS Teams]. Virtual coaching provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to engage in transformative coaching from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, with a focus on self-discovery, goal-setting, and actionable steps to drive progress.

How do I schedule a coaching session?

Scheduling a coaching session is easy. Simply use the online scheduling tool to book a time and date that works for you. The calendar will indicate the available slots which are either 30min, 45min, or 60 minutes long, depending on your individual needs. I look forward to connecting with you!

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching and therapy serve distinct purposes. Coaching is forward-focused, goal-oriented, and action-driven, aiming to help you achieve specific objectives. Coaches may or may not have a Professional Coaching Certification. Therapy, on the other hand, often explores past experiences and emotions to promote healing and understanding and requires formal education in psychology. Integrative coaching is a combination of the two, where integrative coaches typically have training and qualifications in both fields, ensuring they can navigate the distinct boundaries and ethical considerations of each practice. It is very important for individuals to verify the credentials and expertise of the coach/therapist/practitioner to ensure they are receiving appropriate and effective support. What is your coaching philosophy and approach?

I specialize in integrative coaching which refers to a holistic approach that combines various methodologies, including coaching and therapeutic techniques, to support the individual's overall growth and well-being. A holistic view of wellness recognizes that physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being are interconnected. I therefore use a collaborative and client-centered approach, tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and goals, and providing ongoing support to foster a wholesome life. The focus is on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to create lasting positive change.
