Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling a coaching session.
Grace Period:
Clients are granted a one-time grace period per coaching package, allowing for rescheduling or cancellation without incurring a fee if done within 24 hours of the session.
Fees or Late Cancellation:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% session fee. This fee is intended to compensate for the reserved time that could have been made available to other clients.
Emergency Situations:
In cases of genuine emergencies, clients may contact Zona Lord on WhatsApp or via SMS at the numbers listed below, as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Every effort will be made to accommodate emergencies with flexibility and understanding.
Online Scheduling System:
Clients are encouraged to use the online scheduling system to reschedule or cancel sessions. This system allows for easy management of appointments and provides a user-friendly interface for making adjustments.
Package or Subscription Considerations:
For clients who have purchased coaching packages or subscriptions, missed sessions due to late cancellation will count towards the total sessions allocated within the package.
Refund Policies:
Refunds for missed sessions will not be provided. Refund requests related to unused sessions within a package will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Flexibility for Regular Clients:
Clients with a consistent attendance record may be eligible for occasional exceptions to the late cancellation policy. Decisions will be made at the discretion of Live Your Dash Coaching & Consulting and will consider the client's history and circumstances.
Communication Channels:
Clients are encouraged to communicate rescheduling or cancellation queries to Zona Lord via email: zona@liveyourdashcoaching.com. Timely communication ensures efficient coordination and scheduling.

To reschedule a session, clients must use the online scheduling system. Alternative dates and times will be provided for the client's convenience.
Review Policies During Onboarding:
During the initial onboarding session or consultation, clients will receive a detailed explanation of the rescheduling and cancellation policies. It is the client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these policies.
Consistency:
Policies will be applied consistently to all clients to ensure fairness and maintain a professional coaching environment. Consistency helps set clear expectations for all parties involved.
Periodic Review:
These policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the latest policies will be available on the coaching website.
